Kay Kaur – Employee of the Month

Kay Kaur knows personally what it is like to care for a family member as they age, and this understanding and compassion is one of the reasons she is The Springs at Simpsonville’s Employee of the Month for December.
A native of August, Georgia, Kaur has lived in Simpsonville for the past twelve years. Her husband works in BMW sales and they have had three beautiful sons, who she unashamedly claims as the top 3 highlights of her life.
Having gone to the Georgia Military College in Evans, Georgia, she originally worked in marketing and sales for fifteen years. When her father became ill, she began caring for him. He passed away just this past year, and Kaur applied to work at The Springs.
“The opportunity popped up and it felt like this was where I needed to be. I wanted to bring love and smiles to our residents here.”
Kaur certainly accomplishes this every day at The Springs and we are so grateful to have such kind and passionate caregivers like her! Congratulations, Kay!
