Danette Hall began working at The Springs in 2012 as a med tech before moving into her current role. The reputation of good people and a good work environment brought her to The Springs, and she loves her job and enjoys interacting with the residents, families, and staff. In her current role, Hall assists the Resident Care Director in coordinating with outside providers, working with families, and scheduling staff. Hall also enjoys getting to sit with residents and hear their life stories. She says, “They are just so interesting to me–so much history!”
