Ashley Burry, a native of Fountain Inn, attended Hillcrest High School and earned her undergraduate degree in psychology from Lander University. Burry’s family have been an integral part of the local community for generations. In fact, her grandfather was a dentist on main street in Fountain Inn. With many local connections, Burry is rooted in the area and at The Springs. She describes herself as a “hometown person.” Burry began working at The Springs after graduating college and has been with the community since 2011. She knew she wanted to work with children or with seniors, and feels it was God’s plan that led her to her role at The Springs where she’s motivated by daily interactions with the residents. Her mornings often begin by enjoying a cup of coffee and chatting with a resident. Burry also enjoys working with families and prospective residents who are considering moving to The Springs. She believes the family atmosphere among the residents and staff at The Springs and the fact that the community is family owned make The Springs a very special place, and she’s always excited to introduce new residents into the family here. Burry enjoys traveling (she’s visited Africa and England) and spending time with family and friends.
